Sein neuer Film ist eine Adaption von Shakespeares zeitloser und universeller Geschichte von Macht, politischen Intrigen und Ehrgeiz, \u00bbMacbeth\u00ab: Nach einer gescheiterten Verschw\u00f6rung gegen die Krone im fiktiven K\u00f6nigreich Ganzurgu ernennt K\u00f6nig Pazouknaam seinen Cousin Katanga zum Oberbefehlshaber der Streitkr\u00e4fte. Angesichts der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe seiner Aufgabe konsultiert Katanga einen Wahrsager. Die Prophezeiung ist eindeutig: Eines Tages wird er den Thron seines Cousins besteigen. Von seiner ehrgeizigen Frau dazu gedr\u00e4ngt, t\u00f6tet Katanga den K\u00f6nig und besteigt den Thron &#8211; und dann ist ihm jedes Mittel recht, um seine Macht zu sichern.
